Service Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Freight Shipping Rates
Because our equipment is commercial-grade and heavy-duty, all orders ship via professional LTL freight carriers.
Unassembled Machines
Flat-rate freight applies based on delivery region:
$250 – Standard freight zones
$350 – Extended freight zones
Your exact shipping rate is calculated and clearly displayed prior to completing your purchase.
Assembled Machines
Fully assembled units require specialized freight handling.
Standard flat-rate pricing does not apply.
Custom freight quotes are provided based on destination and delivery requirements.
Additional services (liftgate, limited access, residential delivery) may incur added charges.
Our team will confirm all freight details before shipment.
Processing & Transit Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard freight transit time is typically 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on region and carrier scheduling.
We coordinate closely with freight carriers to ensure smooth delivery to your facility.
5-Day Performance Guarantee
We believe in the performance and quality of our equipment. That’s why we offer a 5-Day Performance Guarantee.
From the date of delivery, you have 5 calendar days to evaluate your equipment inside your facility.
If for any reason you are not satisfied within those 5 days:
You may request a return.
No restocking fee will apply.
Customer is responsible for return freight shipping.
Equipment must be returned in good condition with all components included.
This policy allows you to invest with confidence while maintaining fairness for both parties.
Returns After the 5-Day Guarantee
Return requests submitted after the 5-day evaluation window (but within 7 calendar days of delivery) will be subject to:
A 30% restocking fee
Customer-paid return shipping
Equipment inspection upon return
Returns are not accepted after 7 calendar days from delivery.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are non-refundable:
Original outbound freight charges ($250 or $350)
Custom freight for assembled machines
Special handling or white-glove services (if performed)
Freight Inspection Responsibility
To protect your investment:
Inspect your shipment at delivery.
Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
Take photos immediately.
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if damage is present.
Proper documentation ensures fast resolution and carrier claim support.
Refund Processing
Once returned equipment is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
