We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GluteZone! If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

2. Return Your Items: Once you have your RMA, pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. Please include the RMA slip with your return. Ship the package back to the address we provide.

Return Fees:

• Unopened & Unused: We offer full refunds for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
• Opened or Used: For opened or used items, a 30% restocking fee will apply. We will discuss any restocking fees with you before authorizing your return.

Non-refundable Fees:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you and process your refund within 24-48 hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by completing our online return form.. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and get the correct item shipped to you as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages:

• If your package arrives damaged or opened, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing for it. This will help us file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover any losses.
